  1. RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. From the day of delivery of the order, the customer has 14 days to request the return, whatever the reason.

  2. Before sending the goods back, the Customer must request authorization in the appropriate section of the Return Request site.

  3. At the end of the Return Request procedure, an RMA number will be assigned which will identify the customer's return in the subsequent stages.

  4. The product must be sent back exactly in the same condition in which it was received: not worn, unwashed, not modified in any way and equipped with all its tags and accessories.

MARIA GRAZIA SEVERI allows you to choose your preferred delivery method: home delivery by courier.

Orders placed during office hours (from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 13:00) will be taken on the same day and delivery follows the timescales relating to the country and the type of shipment of reference. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, therefore they are carried out on the first following working day.

For payments made by credit card, the amount of the order will be charged only at the time of shipment, with Paypal it will be made at the time of the order.

The CCV (Credit Card Verification or CVC Card Verification Code) code is a 3 or 4-digit number shown on the credit card and required to increase the security of the operation.
